Véritable cadeau des dieux, le Moenchberg est l'un des plus anciens grands crus d'Alsace. Le Moenchberg couvre un coteau en pente douce, constitué d'une matrice limono-argileuse.
DEGUSTATION:
Robe couleur jaune paille. Nez de fruits jaunes, des notes d'agrumes. En bouche, une grande fraîcheur. Très bel équilibre, persistant. Un Riesling racé.

Poissons de rivière sur des sauces aigrelettes, fromages de chèvre légèrement affinés
